USES :
Hind Plast N is recommended for use in concrete floor slabs, foundation, column, beams, & pavement.
ADVANTAGES :
Hind Plast N is a low cost water reducer, which can be used to get one or a combination of benefits:
- As a water reducer: Reduction in W/C ratio increases strength but reduces workability,
- Hind Plast N maintains the workability and reduces permeability.
- As a workability aid increased workability can be achieved by using Hind Plast N for a given water cement ratio which will increase the flow characteristic of the concrete leading to easy placement, compaction and finishing.
- Reduction of cement content: Hind Plast N can be used to reduce cement content to the extent of 8 to10% by maintaining the original strength specified and workability and reducing the water content required for the given mix.
APPLICATION :
The optimum dose depends on type of mix, grade of concrete, cement content and the desired workability. As a guide Hind Plast N is added with the mixing water prior to its addition to wet aggregate cement mix @ 0.3% to 1.0 % by weight of cement. It is advisable to carry out trial mixes to establish the exact dosage rate required. It is compatible with all types of Portland cement.

USES :
Hind Plast Super(TM) MMF can be used to produce an extremely workable FLOWABLE CONCRETE without loss of strength or to enable large water reduction to be made for the same workability resulting in dense concrete with higher ultimate strength. This product is quite helpful in producing pumpable concrete, precast concrete, pre-stressed concrete, industrial /commercial flooring with floor toppings and in areas where early shutter stripping are required.

NOTE: The above results are guidelines and as such are suggested in good faith. It is based on test carried out by us in our laboratory using cement, aggregates available locally. Type of cement aggregates from other sources can produce different results. Therefore, it is recommended that site trials are essential to determine optimum suitability for proposed application & dosages.
ADVANTAGES :
Substantial improvement in workability and flow properties without increased water, produces self levelling concrete which can be poured into place around densely located reinforcement and requires little (or no) vibration to achieve optimum compaction. The bond strength of concrete to reinforcement steel is considerably increased.
- 1. The internal friction and thixotropy of the mix is reduced to a minimum without the risk of segregation, thus making concrete pumping more efficient.
- 2. Very significant reduction in water minimizes shrinkage cracking thereby producing durable, impervious concrete with a good surface finish. It is suitable for use in all types of concrete above and below ground subjected to water pressure and aggressive atmospheric conditions. Reduction in concrete permeability, protects against water migration and corrosion of reinforcements.
- 3. For a given concrete mix, keeping the cement consumption and workability constant by huge reduction in the amount of mixing water, substantial increase in strength can be achieved. Alternatively, for the same concrete mix, by keeping the workability and strength constant, a definite cement economy ranging from 15 to 25% can be obtained. Obvious advantages for precast concrete production.
APPLICATION :
Hind Plast Super(TM) MMF is supplied ready for use. For effective dispersion in the mix, measured quantity of Hind Plast Super(TM) MMF should be added into the mix with gauging water. It should not be added to the dry cement.

USES :
To accelerate the setting time and early strength gain of cement concrete and mortar mixes without introduction of chloride ion (which is harmful for reinforcement causing corrosion/ rusting). Its water reducing character can be gainfully utilized for both early as well as ultimate strength. Hind Plast Super(TM) A conforms to IS: 9103:1999 (Reaffirmed 2004) Edition 2.2 (2007-08), ASTM C 494 Type E and BS 5075 Part I and II
ADVANTAGES :
- Chloride free, safe in pre stressed and reinforcing concrete.
- Generates very high early strength in concrete.
- Its plasticizing action increases work-ability and/or increased strength.
- Particularly effective in low temperature concreting.
APPLICATION :
The recommended dosage for standard mix concrete ranges from 0.2 to 1% by weight of cement in tropical temperature, higher than 25°C. For low temperature concreting (5°C to 25°C) the dosage ranges from 0.7 to 2% by weight of cement. Admixture is to be added directly into the mixer. For very high early strength, steam curing/ and increase of dosage is recommended, depending on site requirements. The optimum dosage is best determined by site trials with actual concrete mix.

Hind Plast Super(TM)HPC is recommended for use in concrete of all types especially for concrete with high workability, high early and long term strength requirements with zero segregation and low water Cement (binder) ratio.
